I want to contribute a bank integration to https://github.com/zkp2p/peer-link. Read AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/privacy.md and skills/contribute-bank/SKILL.md first. Help me choose a bounty issue or propose my bank, then define the exact payment type and evidence we can support. I will sign in to my own account and complete MFA. Inspect only authorized, read-only data; never initiate a payment or change account settings. Keep credentials, cookies, raw bank records and unredacted transcripts out of Git, issues and pull requests. Build a pure TypeScript adapter with a manifest, capability notes, synthetic fixtures and meaningful positive and negative tests. Run npm run check, inspect the staged diff and run npm run privacy -- --staged before pushing. Draft a pull request that links the issue and explains limitations. Check the issue’s funding, acceptance and payout terms before treating the work as paid.

FAQ

Can anyone contribute?

Yes. Use an account you’re authorized to inspect, follow the contribution skill and open a pull request.

Do I need to share my bank data?

No. Keep credentials and raw records local. Public pull requests contain code, synthetic fixtures and privacy-safe reports.

How do bounties work?

Rewards are proposed until funding and an assigned scope are confirmed in the bank issue. Awards are capped at $50 per bank. See the round index and its issue for funding status and terms.

Does an integration prove payment?

The directory includes banks to build and experimental adapters. A listing does not mean an integration is implemented or approved for Peer payments. Adapters interpret supplied data. Bank-origin authentication and signed attestations require a separate system.

How do agents maintain and verify contributions?

Agents use public instructions, tests and recorded review decisions. A separate verifier is in development to check bank evidence inside an independently verifiable enclave before evaluating an adapter. Live secret sharing is disabled; scheduled reviews and automatic payouts are not enabled. See the verification design and current limits.

Is AI verification enabled?

No. The manual verifier uses deterministic checks and an independent reference interpretation. External model access is disabled, and bank data is not sent to AI providers. Coding agents can help write and review contributions using synthetic fixtures.

What is Peer Link?

Peer Link is Peer’s open bank-integration library. It is not a bank and is unaffiliated with Plaid or the named financial institutions.
